Weekly newsletter #114
The best of what I've read this week, about operations, training and education, communication, and more
Hello!
I am working on my RevOpsAF presentation and thought it could be fun to have real people representing the three common documentation personas in the session slides. I found volunteers on Linkedin for the first two, but the third still needs a volunteer — any brave souls want to be the face of “those who don’t want anything to do with documentation?” 🤣🙏 Please reply if so!
I recently made my documentation writing template free as a lead magnet for the documentation writing workshop, which you can find here. If you’d like it ungated, just reply to this email. I know you are already on one of my lists if you’re seeing this in your inbox (and not seeing it on the Substack site), thank you!
I’m starting work full-time at my university job on Monday, and I begin studying for a new Instructional Design Master’s degree on Tuesday, so I’m about to be VERY busy! 😬 I’ve made time on my very packed calendar to continue this newsletter, so I’ll let you know how the first week goes!
Onto the curated resources!
