Weekly newsletter #110
The best of what I've read this week, about operations, training and education, communication, and more
Hello!
If you’re trying to convince your company to adopt RevOps, you can now read a draft excerpt from the second half of the industry/overall/community success chapter in my book that discusses the good and not-so-good reasons why a company may not launch a centralized department.
Speaking of centralizing, I curated and drafted some research about centralizing process documentation after hearing some great questions in my latest Maven class cohort. I’d love your feedback on the first draft here. Are there other questions you’d like to see answered or other ways you’d like to see the information organized? Would you like to add a quote to it? Eventually, this will be formatted into class slides, videos, blogs, etc.
Onto the curated resources!
