Weekly newsletter #76
The best of what I've read this week, about operations, training and education, communication, and more
Hello!
To help gain momentum to finally finish my book, I’m starting to release chapters as a blog series, starting with the chapter on process and documentation. Read Chapter 4 part 1 about process strategy in RevOps here, and part 2 about documentation here.
For my next course about remote employee onboarding, I’m starting the first round of research with a survey to allow time for survey answers to trickle in while I’m working on the book. If you’ve ever experienced a good, bad, or no onboarding, or if you’ve created an onboarding program, please take a few minutes to fill out this survey. Thank you for your help!
Onto the resources!

The book is really shaping up and I really like the connection of process and documentation, they certainly go together. We even made it easier to connect documentation to the pipelines that enable portions of the process, well the automated portions of the process.
