Weekly newsletter #73
The best of what I've read this week, about operations, training and education, communication, and more
Hello!
While making the version of my documentation course for marketing ops .com, I tried to curate a list of potential marketing and marketing ops processes to help people when they are completing the prioritizing & starting step of their documentation journey.
It’s version 1.0, so I’d love to hear your high-level feedback on any improvements to make — Please reply to this email and I will send you the link.
It’s more of an “ideas to choose from” list, for people who may be so overwhelmed at where to start that their mind goes blank, not a list of everything you NEED to document…which would also be overwhelming! 😄 In the course, I do give lists of criteria to consider when prioritizing your starting point for documentation depending on your situation and roadblocks, as well as several prioritizing frameworks to use, so this is not the only resource to help.
Onto the resources!
