Weekly newsletter #68
The best of what I've read this week, about operations, training and education, communication, and more
Hello!
I enjoyed running a workshop this past week for ‘How to Write a Clear Process Anyone Can Follow,’ which is one of the sessions from my full course about business process documentation. The cohort had a lot of great questions and ideas that I look forward to incorporating into the next cohort and other various formats! I have a lot of other projects in the works, so I am not sure when I’ll run these live one-day workshops again this year, but I look forward to telling you more about current and upcoming work soon.
Onto the resources!
