Weekly newsletter #62
The best of what I've read this week, about operations, training and education, communication, and more
Hello!
Welcome to April! No April Fools’ Day jokes here! 😄
If you’re new to this newsletter, please know that I don’t expect anyone to read and click on all the links! Please skim through it and dive further into anything relevant to you. Since I am a generalist interested in so many topics, categorizing the links by topic would be quite difficult and time-consuming to decide on which category, so hopefully the division by format is helpful.
I do polls and consider other data or customer feedback every few months to tailor this resource to be useful to you.
For example, a few months ago I asked if I should remove Twitter, and the audience voted no, though only a few people voted. I looked at the data the past few months and there have been very few clicks on the Twitter links, so the Twitter section has been removed.
This newsletter also gives me a chance to revisit saved LinkedIn posts from the week and clean through my email inbox to read newsletters and the related articles from the week, which is educational time I enjoy.
Onto the resources!
