Weekly newsletter #58
The best of what I've read this week, about operations, training and education, communication, and more
Hello!
The latest resource I published is part three of my series about overcoming objections to process documentation. I hope it is helpful!
One of the Fortune newsletters shared this quote in its intro this week. It doesn’t fit in the articles section well without context, so I am trying something new and sharing it up here. “It’s better to have less technology with a workforce that accepts it than to have the cutting edge of technology and resistant employees,” Mallory Barg Bulman, senior director of research in the Gartner Finance practice, said in a new report about how the acceptance of technology drives down error rates in accounting.
Onto the resources!
